Description:
This four-week series focuses on myofascial release through the use of manual pressure, targeted self-massage, and gentle stretching to reduce inflammation, ease muscular tension, and restore healthy tissue hydration. Students will be guided through the use of Roll-It therapy balls to explore common areas of restriction and learn practical techniques for releasing tension and improving mobility.
Each week will highlight a different region of the body, helping students build an expanding toolkit of self-care strategies they can return to again and again. By the end of the series, participants will have an integrated understanding of how to address recurring patterns of tightness and discomfort and how to support their bodies with greater ease and resilience.
Weekly focus:
Week 1 – Roll & Release: Tired Legs
Week 2 – Roll & Release: Happy Hips
Week 3 – Roll & Release: Ease of Breath
Week 4 – Roll & Release: Shoulder Tension
Format:
Four-week series, 90 minutes each week, guided, experiential self-massage practice using Roll-It therapy balls.
