Class Description
A fluid evening practice, on the deck of the Heritage Center, inspired by the natural beauty of the preserve. Class will begin with moving mediation and deep stretch, before transitioning into a slow and mindful flow with a focus on intuitive movement and fluid transitions.
Additional Info
In the event of a major storm, we will move into the heritage center.
Enjoy a little extra time out after class with a leisurely stroll
on the preserve's 1-mile loop trail!
