Fallon’s connection to the practice was driven by a commitment to self-healing. She credits both her dedication to the practice and the compassion of the yoga community, for providing the time and space she needed to breathe and be herself. Today Fallon continues to turn to her practice to balance out the stress of a demanding schedule and manage symptoms of anxiety.
She looks forward to sharing tools and practices that can be used to create a personalized path to healing on and off the mat. Classes will focus on releasing stress and tension in the mind and body through mindful movement, myofascial release, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork).

Foundations of Flow Mondays @ 5:30 pm Boundless Yoga Studio 60 Minutes - Level 1/2
A vinyasa style class beginning with dynamic movement to encourage joint and muscle awakening, before transitioning to a practice focused on refined alignment and smooth transitions. Progressive sequencing will work toward specific goals each week to build strength, increase flexibility and improve balance.
Yin Yoga Wednesday's @ 5:30 pm Boundless Yoga Studio 60 Minutes - Open Level
Yin yoga is a practice of long-held floor poses that encourage deep muscles relaxation and targets the joints, and connective tissues to increase flexibility. Yin yoga draws on the traditions of Hatha yoga so the poses may look familiar but the practice is very different from a typical Hatha or Vinyasa practice. A 60-minute class may only include 6-10 poses and allows the practitioner time and space to sit in stillness and explore their edges. Sequencing often focuses on the subtle energies of the body working to open the meridians or chakras (energy pathways) to restore the flow of chi or prana (life force energy), restoring a sense of balance in the mind and the body. Yin yoga can be a deeply personal, introspective, and healing practice with many physical and mental health benefits.
