Description
Enjoy a single session or all three with a sweet aerial yoga low hammock yin yoga mini series with Fallon Horan & Chris Loebsack. This 1 hour session will explore supported stretch with longer held postures. The hammock adds a new dimension to the yin yoga practice.
Only 12 spaces are available. Registration is required.
Note: Due to limited space cancellations under 2 hours before the class will still be charged. No shows will still be charged and unlimited memberships that do not show will be charged a $10 no-show fee.
