Description
This workshop introduces the aerial yoga hammock as a prop for supporting the body in a series of low to the ground poses focused on reducing inflammation and easing muscular tension.
Students will explore the boundaries of intuitive moment and stillness though adapted yin yoga poses and fully supported relaxing restorative yoga poses.
Format
A blended experiential practice of yin and restorative yoga poses in an aerial hammock, placed low to the ground. This workshop is for students interested in developing their self-care routine.
