Summer may be winding down but it's not over yet! Join the BYS community for endless summer fun. Prepare your body and mind for adventure with a lakeside stretch and mobility practice. Enjoy a leisurely guided paddle down the Wild Creek inlet and ground into the energy of mother nature with a guided meditation at the base of a waterfall.
Guided practice will end at the falls with a little free time to snap some photos and explore before regrouping to load and launch for a leisurely group paddle to shore.
Itinerary:
8:40 am – Check In
9 am - Lakeside Yoga for Kayakers
9;45 am – Launch & Paddle: Wild Creek Inlet
10:45 am - Falls Meditation & Free Time
12:00 pm - Launch & Paddle: Preachers Camp
1:00 – Optional Pot Luck Picnic
