Science of Emotions - Anatomy of Breath
This workshop utilizes the yogic principle of svadhyaya, self-study, to investigate the effects of our emotions on our breath. Students will explore this topic through a series of experiential practices including journaling, pranayama, mindful movement, and deep stretch.
A blended format including lecture and experiential practice, geared toward students interested in developing their personal practice on and off the mat.
