Description
The morning will begin with grounding and fluid warm-up in the grass, before transitioning into a mindful journey to the pond. As we explore the trails we will allow the natural beauty of the park to inspire our practice. We will take time along the route to stop and focus on intuitive movement through a series of mini vignettes before we round off our practice ending with deep stretch.
Additional Info
Bring a mat or towel to practice in the grass and stable footwear for walking on natural paths.
In the event of a major storm, class will be rescheduled for the following morning, but if
conditions are mild we will simply enjoy a new perspective of the park!
