We are pleased to announce that we will be partnering with Balance Life Chiropractic, in Scotia, PA to offer 1 hour private yoga sessions.​

What to expect
During each session the instructor will assist you in understanding your individual needs and will introduce yoga postures that can help you work toward your wellness goals. Private Sessions can be tailored to focus on the following areas:

Strength & Flexibility 
Balance & General Mobility 
Joint Stabilization
Stress Relief & Management 
Meditation & Breath-work
 Posture & Alignment 


Instructor
Fallon Horan is a 200 Hr. Registered Yoga Instructor, who is currently working on her 500 Hr. certification. She has taken advanced training focused on Yoga for Beginners, Yoga for Anxiety, & Chair Yoga.  

Fallon enjoys sharing her passion for the practice with her students and looks forward to offering personalized private sessions to the Balance Life community this summer.

Pricing
$60 cash or check / 60 minutes
Your first session will be 90 minutes and will include a free 30 minute consultation


Booking

Sessions are currently available between 6:30 - 9:30 pm on Wednesdays in July and August.
